Our online cut-off time for same day delivery in Auckland
Monday-Friday 1:30pm (NZST)
 Saturday 10am (NZST)
Business Addresses must be placed by 10:00am for same day service.

If you place your order for a business address after 10:00am, you may experience a delay in dispatch and be scheduled for delivery on the following day. Rest assured, we will get in touch with you if this situation arises. We highly recommend you place your order a day in advance to ensure delivery within business hours the next working day.

Please note: A store credit/Next day delivery is applicable due to any emergency alerts (No refunds will be actioned as product is secured based on orders)

  

Time Delivery Requests

This service is temporarily unavailable. We recommend collecting the flowers from us in-store or have the flowers delivered the day before if you require the flowers to arrive by a specific time. 

 

Sunday & Public Holiday Delivery including overnight delivery services.

We can deliver on Sunday within Auckland only (no rurals). We don't deliver on Auckland Anniversary Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Waitangi Day, Anzac Day and Christmas Day. If you place an order on any of these specific days, your delivery will be scheduled for the next business day.

Saturday Delivery

No problems, our fleet of drivers guarantee that orders placed before 10:00am (NZST) on any Saturday will be safely delivered by 6pm the same day.

No-one is home?

If no-one is home to receive the flowers, a ticket note will be placed in the recipients letter box to advise that they have missed them on arrival. In any event, the flowers are well wet-wrapped for longevity and wrapped for protection. They will be left either on the back door, front door, garage or where ever is safest. Tomuri & Co. hold no responsibility if the flowers are damaged or stolen. Our couriers are professional floral couriers who are dedicated to the precious handling of our product.

 

Rural Addresses

For rural addresses outside of Auckland please allow up to 2-3 working days after placing your order, as this service is not a direct delivery. We accept no responsibility for not meeting a specific delivery date for Rural Deliveries, or the theft or damage of goods after delivery is made- we reserve the right to cancel an order if the nature or location of the delivery area risks the quality of our flowers upon arrival. Valentines Day/Mothers Day

Due to the high volume of orders on these days, and the increased pressure on our drivers, we highly recommend you pick up your flowers from our store in Burswood. You must order a minimum of 2 days in advance to ensure delivery on Valentines Day or Mothers Day. If your order is placed after this time frame, or on the day, there is no guarantee that your flowers will arrive on Valentines Day or Mother’s Day. We will dispatch the flowers the following day. In this instance we highly recommend that you pick up your flowers from our store or a full refund can be actioned if you’re unable to collect. The delivery timeframe on these two major days are anywhere between 6am - 6pm. There are absolutely no time delivery requests accepted on these dates. Tomuri & Co accepts no responsibility for flowers that are damaged or stolen after the driver has delivered to the front door of the property. Tomuri & Co also reserves the right to cancel any order if it is unable to fulfil the requirements or instructions given by the sender.
